Created in 1990, Gentiana is a scientific association to better understand and protect the wild flora of Isère.
It organizes conferences, botanical training, discovery outings and expert missions.

Créée en 2015 sur 50 hectares, notre ferme autonome cultive 15 hectares de céréales et 35 hectares d'herbe. Avec un troupeau de 35 bovins, dont 12 mères allaitantes limousines, et 400 poules pondeuses, nous favorisons une approche intégrée. Les terres bénéficient des fumiers compostés de nos animaux, et la litière provient des pailles de nos céréales. Deux moulins à meules de pierre transforment nos récoltes en farines. Notre fournil, alimenté au bois, produit pains au levain naturel, brioches et pâtisseries. Trois jours de marchés directs et des partenariats avec des magasins bios locaux assurent la vente de nos produits. Notre équipe de trois salariés partage notre engagement pour une agriculture durable
