Ce n’est plus une question qui devra se poser dans l’avenir mais bel et bien une problématique vitale devenue contemporaine. L’eau potable se raréfie et les conséquences sont immédiates et catastrophiques pour la faune, la flore mais aussi les populations. Décollage pour le continent africain où les exemples de ce qui pourrait arriver en Europe et autres pays occidentaux sont déjà bien réels dans certaines zones.
