At a time of visible climate change, the proliferation of tourist and sports facilities in the Haute-Savoie department is a divisive issue.
This documentary gives the floor to members of collectives and associations, as well as to elected politicians, who all express their views on the economic and climate issues inherent in these investments.
Filmed in the heart of the CluZAD, on the edge of the hillside reservoirs, on the heights of the Plateau de Cenise or on the tarmac of Annecy and La Roche sur Foron, these testimonies collected over nine months raise many questions.
What place will be left for nature in a department that is developing so intensively? What dialogue is being established with local residents to prepare for a sustainable and liveable future? How and for whom is public money used in Haute-Savoie?
