In July 2020, a Japanese bulk carrier containing 3,800 tonnes of fuel oil ran aground on the east coast of Mauritius, causing the worst ecological disaster ever to hit the region.
This animated documentary brings to life the trauma of the island's inhabitants and their mobilisation to save the lagoon and its coral reef.

Two men whose passion for wildlife and photography brought them together one winter's evening were to spend seven years caring for bearded vultures.
Thanks to their observations and interventions, two bearded vultures were saved and are now roaming the skies of the Alps.
It was a human adventure that made a real contribution to the successful reintroduction of the species.
